Kelsey Paige Feldman

Kelsey Paige Feldman, M.A., AMFT#138193 (She/Her) is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist under the supervision of Lisa Jellison, M.A., LMFT#43630.

Kelsey specializes working with young women in transitional stages in their lives to overcome anxiety, depression, perfectionism, relationship challenges, and imposter syndrome. As an athlete herself, she also works with female athletes struggling to overcome mental barriers such as; overcoming injuries, enhancing performance, and coping with the pressures of competition. She believes that therapy is not ‘one size fits all’. She use techniques like mindfulness-based CBT, narrative therapy, emotion focused therapy, somatic practices and attachment theory to build a framework, but she's eclectic in nature- meaning she uses the approach that best suits clients' needs and is tailored to them as an individual to help cultivate a safe, inviting, and validating healing space.
