​Carey Louden, APCC #14759 (She/Her) is a Registered Associate Professional Clinical Counselor in the State of California under the supervision of Lisa Jellison, M.A., LMFT #46430.

Carey specializes in supporting individuals with eating disorders and adoption. As an adoptee herself, Carey brings a very personalized approach to working through adoption related issues with children, teens, and adults. 

Carey’s background was working at an eating disorder treatment facility at the intensive outpatient level of care. There she gained experience in working with anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, and ARFID. She now utilizes Family Based Therapy (FBT), Emotionally Focused Family Therapy (EFT), Enhanced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT-E), and Cognitive-Behavioral Treatment of Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (CBT-AR).

Carey has availability in person in Santa Monica and via telehealth all over California.
